Thirty years building the networks, programs, and PMOs behind Saudi Arabia's largest ICT infrastructure projects — from Saudi Telecom to NEOM. Now available for consulting, project-based leadership, and advisory engagements — in Saudi Arabia or fully remote, anywhere in the world.
Taseer began his career in 1996 maintaining PSTN switches in Lahore and Abu Dhabi. Today, he leads secure network and capability-development programs for NEOM — one of the most ambitious ICT programs in the world. In between, he has directed a SAR 110M national security network for the Ministry of Interior, a SAR 220M smart-city infrastructure program for King Abdullah Financial District, run a 140-person managed services operation for Mobily with sustained 100% SLA compliance, and re-engineered enterprise fiber operations for Saudi Telecom Company.
He holds a PMP certification and an MBA in Finance, and is currently completing his CISM. He now brings that same rigor to independent consulting — PMO setup, technical proposal development, network infrastructure advisory, and cybersecurity governance — for clients anywhere in the world.

A selection of the programs Taseer has led end-to-end.
Design, procurement, and delivery of secure connectivity across NEOM's 26,000 sq km footprint — optical transport and IP/MPLS data network linking two data centers, 10 remote sites, and a Network Operations Center. Includes evaluation of 15+ advanced public-safety technologies.
Directed a smart-city ICT infrastructure program spanning 112 towers and 2 data centers — fiber, wireless, voice, IPTV, and FTTX networks, plus Tier-4 data center delivery and BSS/OSS service provisioning.
Directed a national optical backbone network connecting 40 MOI sites on Cisco infrastructure. Secured 10% additional scope and a 3% profit uplift through resource re-optimization.

Directed the rollout and integration of 1,500 MSAN nodes — the first next-generation network deployment delivered for Saudi Telecom Company.
From hands-on switching engineer to program consultant on one of the world's most ambitious infrastructure programs.
Full certification and training portfolio — including Advanced Telecom Networks credentials (Nokia/Lucent/Ericsson/Alcatel) — available on request.
Nineteen-plus years working inside STC, MOI, Mobily, and NEOM means zero learning curve on Saudi process, compliance, and stakeholder culture.
Ready to engage as an independent consultant inside Saudi Arabia without sponsorship delays or visa friction.
Comfortable leading distributed teams, vendors, and reporting lines across time zones — for clients based anywhere.
